Internacional querría a Saviola o Lucho

BUENOS AIRES -- El equipo de Porto Alegre, donde juega Andrés D´Alessandro, podría contratar a Javier Saviola o Luis Lucho González, quien uno tendría su salida de su actual club definida y el otro quiere estar cerca de su familia, en Argentina.

El mediocampista Luis González, del Porto de Portugal, o el delantero Javier Saviola, del Málaga de España, son los dos argentinos que asoman como refuerzos del Internacional de Brasil, señaló el sábado la prensa brasileña.

La prioridad para Inter es la llegada de González, ex Huracán y River, ya que busca un jugador que se puede asociar a su compatriota Andrés D`Alessandro (ex River y San Lorenzo).

La llegada de Lucho a Brasil es probable ya que Porto desea reducir su presupuesto y González, según lo comentó su representante Federico Simonían, quiere jugar en un país más cercano a la Argentina.

En caso de no concretarse la llegada de González, el atacante Saviola (ex River) sería el objetivo interista ya que tiene arreglada su desvinculación del equipo español y llegaría a Brasil por una suma más accesible, señaló Globo Esporte.

En Inter seguramente se desprenderá de dos argentinos cuyos rendimientos no fueron los esparados como Mario Bolatti (ex Belgrano y Huracán), quien regreso de un préstamo de seis meses en Racing, y Jesús Dátolo (ex Banfield y Boca).

The Funes Mori Brothers are outcast over contract refusal

Twins, Rogelio and Rafeal Funes Mori have been separated from the rest of the River Plate squad and will not be travelling on the preseason training trip to Salta over their refusal to sign contract extensions on their deals that expire in 2014. As River actively try and offload the pair, David Trezeguet also ponders over his next move but this weekend is all about the farewell to Ariel Ortega as River hold a celebration in El Monumental in his honour….

Since River President, Daniel Passarella travelled to Europe it has been widely reported that both the Funes Mori Brothers were up for sale, along with the highly sought after Eder Alvarez Balanta. Earlier in the window it appeared that Rogelio could be heading to the Bundesliga, as Bayer Leverkusen seemed willing to part with 6 million Euros but with that deal stalled and not much other interest in the pair River were instead keen for them to sign extensions to their deals. This would not alter the fact that River were still eager to sell but would eliminate any risk of the contracts running down and then losing them for nothing. It is worth remembering that Alvarez Balanta signed his deal only last week as it was known that Passarella was discussing a possible big money move to Monaco or AC Milan.

With this refusal River have now taken the stance that the pair will not train with the rest of the squad and will not travel to Salta for preseason training. The only possible move as it stands is for Rogelio Funes Mori to move to Genoa, initially on loan with the view of paying 6 million Euros. However, it remains to be seen if the Italian club will be willing to part with such money for a striker whose goal scoring record is not particularly impressive. Where this leaves the brothers is unknown as River Vice-President has spoken strongly on the subject and said “We will not be slaves to any representative or player.” This story will rumble on for some time yet so we will see.

Meanwhile, another player deemed surplus to requirements is David Trezeguet. The former France International was told that we would not be in the squad for the Torneo Inicial starting in August following his knee surgery in April. Now the world cup winner is looking at other offers in a bid to extend his glittering career. Trezeguet has reportedly met with Miguel Russo, Coach of newly promoted, Rosario Central to discuss a proposed loan move but has also attracted interest from Newell’s Old Boys, Banfield, Colon and Estudiantes.

This weekend also marks the farewell to a River Plate favourite, Ariel Ortega. A testimonial of sorts will be played later today in his honour at El Monumental so River’s fans can say goodbye to one of their legendary number 10′s. tja, han har ikke halvt så meget karisma som Loco Abreu - til gengæld gjorde han det rigtigt godt da han kom ind mod Spanien.

Ham Velasquez virker som en man ikke vil drible forbi. Hans tacklinger er allesammen i skridthøjde.

Ja der lidt passion over de nærkampe, med tanke på at Guillermo Varela, Diego Rolán Giorgian De Arrascaeta, Gonzalo Bueno alle starter på bænken ser det faktisk helt fint ud....
