Lanzini er de nok nød til at sælge, økonomisk set får de vel ikke bedre tilbud end de russiske. Så kan de holde lidt længere på Balanta, VM slutrunde og bedre pris venter lige om hjørnet.

Report: Valencia set to target Corinthians forward Alexandre Pato

Valencia could be set to make a move for Corinthians forward Alexandre Pato, according to Sports Direct News.

The website claims Los Che are looking to add a forward before the transfer window closes and that the Brazilian is amongst their top targets.

Southampton’s Pablo Osvaldo and Juventus striker Mirko Vučinić are also under consideration, but Pato is believed to be the preferred option.

The Pato Branco native’s future has become unclear over the past few months, with Corinthians’ supporters unhappy at his inconsistent form.

Pato, who joined Timão last January from Milan for €15 million, managed just nine goals in 30 appearances last season.

A notable offer from Valencia could tempt Corinthians into selling the 24 year-old, though Pato has always maintained that he would prefer to remain in Brazil ahead of this summer’s FIFA World Cup.

Pato, Ganso, Damião and Leandro will be stars in this year’s São Paulo State Championship.

Corinthians’ Alexandre Pato has been free of injuries for one of the longest spells of his career. The 24-year-old striker can play without fear and with great pace and clinical finishing he has the potential to score a lot of goals in this year’s campaign.

São Paulo’s Paulo Henrique Ganso finished 2013 in fine form. His main quality is his passing and ability to create opportunities for his teammates. The 24-year-old midfielder has also suffered with injuries in the past but enjoyed an extended run of games at the end of the last year.

Santos’ Lenadro Damião is yet another player to have struggled with injuries in the past. Also 24, the striker will be under pressure to perform as the club’s principal pre-season signing. He offers more inside the box than out, but is a ruthless finisher when given the opportunity.

Palmeiras’ Leandro scored 19 goals to help the club gain promotion from Série B last season. The 20-year-old is an excellent finisher. The attacker’s discipline has often been questioned but if he can remain out of trouble then he can expect to have a big impact on this year’s championship.

All Boys empató 0-0 con Dock Sud

BUENOS AIRES -- All Boys, equipo de la Primera División del fútbol argentino, empató 0-0 frente a Dock Sud, conjunto de la Primera C, en la mañana del sábado, en su estadio en Floresta, en un encuentro amistoso.

El local, dirigido por Ricardo Rodríguez, no logró convertir aunque tuvo las chances más claras en los dos tiempos de 30 minutos que duró el partido, típico de pretemporada, sin mucho ritmo y jugado a alta temperatura.

El defensor Maximiliano Pellegrino se retiró lesionado en el primer tiempo con un golpe en el tobillo derecho, por lo que debió ser reemplazado por Nehuén Paz.

Los otros cambios que probó Rodríguez fueron Cristian Alvarez por Cabrera, Juan Cruz Careaga por Bárbaro y Osmar Ahumada por Torassa.

Ahumada, quien no juega oficialmente desde marzo de 2013, en un partido contra Tigre que All Boys perdió 2-1 por el torneo Final, fue muy aplaudido. En estos últimos diez meses fue operado dos veces por una obstrucción discal y recién pudo jugar hoy unos minutos.

Matos, quien el viernes salió a hablar contra el presidente del club, Roberto Bugallo, y reclamó la deuda que la institución tiene con él, fue bien recibido por la gente que se acercó a ver el amistoso.

El delantero tuvo una gran jugada en la que le dejó la pelota servida a Battión, aunque el arquero Monellor atajó el tiro. El arquero de Dock Sud también le tapó un buen tiro libre a Alvarez.

En el encuentro de conjuntos alternativos, jugado a segundo turno, All Boys perdió por 2-1, tras dos períodos de 30 minutos cada uno.

El único gol del albo fue obra de Nehuén Paz, mientras que Jairo Pérez y Damián Nieto marcaron para el elenco visitante.

El conjunto de Floresta alistó en este segundo partido a Bernardo Leyenda; Leonel Di Plácido, Diego Fuentes, Paz y Rodrigo Arciero; Cristian Alvarez, Fernando Sánchez, Ahumada y Juan Careaga; Jonathan Calleri y Javier Cámpora.

El mediocampista ofensivo Brian Sarmiento, quien retornó al club tras un fugaz paso por el Ponte Preta de Brasil, disputó unos minutos en la segunda mitad, al igual que Julián Fernández, Lautaro Fernández, Gabriel López, Pedro Diehl y Juan Manuel Lungarzo, entre otros.

El próximo amistoso de All Boys será este miercoles frente a Godoy Cruz de Mendoza, en el Country Mapuche de la ciudad de Pilar, en horario matutino.
