Jackson would be a key player for Villa

Ollie Watkins’ Villa future has come under speculation this summer, with the likes of Manchester United showing an interest in one of Emery’s star men.

The former Brentford man has been at Villa Park for five seasons now, but Jackson’s potential arrival has only served to provide further fuel to the suggestions that he may have played his final game in claret and blue.

Villa have been quoted a hefty price tag of £60.5million to sign Jackson this summer. As a result, for that level of money, their decision should be a no-brainer.

The striker has been plagued by inconsistency during his time in England, and for that kind of outlay, Emery and Co. would want so much more than a player who dips in and out of form.

Finances are tight in B6 this summer, and spending such a hefty sum on a player of Jackson’s quality would simply not be prudent business from the Villans.

They may have an interest in the Chelsea man, but they should back away from any potential deal, unless they can negotiate a significant reduction in the price.

Everton and West Ham are ready to return with an approach to secure Dewsbury-Hall’s services if the Blues reduce their asking price to part ways with last summer’s signing in the ongoing transfer window. Meanwhile, Chelsea will demand around £30 million to sell the English midfielder.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has hit a brick wall since joining Chelsea from Leicester City in a deal worth £30 million last summer. The Englishman was among the most highly-rated midfielders in England last summer after his exploits for the Foxes, but he struggled for game time in his debut season with the West London club.

The 26-year-old has not even managed 2,000 minutes of game time across 36 outings thus far for Chelsea while chipping in with five goals and four assists. So, a summer exit may be on the cards, with Premier League clubs ready to secure his services. Det var faktisk det jeg håbede på for Sarr. Han er alt for talentfuld til at skulle være 5-6 valg hos os og stå stille i sin udvikling i en alder af 19 år. Han skal spille og gerne så ofte som muligt.

Han var inde i en rigtig god udvikling hos Strasbourg, så fint han kommer tilbage og fortsætter der lidt endnu. Nu også med europæisk fodbold.

Det gør Chelsea sikkert allerede, men det er vel det de fleste spillere, at de skal spille topfodbold hele tiden for at blive bedre. Det tror jeg ikke helt man opnår på samme måde ved at blive udlejet og ofte til forskellige hold hele tiden.
