The former Rangers flop and Aberdeen defender have been ordered to train away from their team-mates in a separate pitch. Joe Worrall and Scott McKenna have been ordered not to train with their team-mates. The reason for their dismissal is currently unclear. The pair have also been told to report for training at a different time from the rest of the Nottingham Forest squad. And it´s understood they have both been informed that they will leave the club when the transfer window opens next month.
That´s according to the Daily Mail - who claim the two defenders are set to head for the exit door in January following their recent removal. The reasons for their dismissal is currently unclear but the report suggests the action taken is not in response to any behavioural issues or rows. The news comes following the aftermath of Forest´s humiliating 5-0 Premier League defeat to Fulham last night.
Manager Steve Cooper is under major pressure to keep his job with the club winning just one of their previous 11 matches. He is expected to take charge against Wolves at the weekend but another loss could spell the end for the 43-year-old boss. But despite feeling the heat in the dugout, Cooper has taken action and has banished the two former Premiership defenders from his team.
