Yup, losing Benteke was obviously a huge blow, the others stung but were replacable (and IMO, have been adequately replaced), but you have to bear in mind this is a guy who thinks attacking football is just playing 4 strikers. An actually quote from before yesterday "I couldn´t have played more strikers if I tried", that´s the mentality of a 12 year old losing on FIFA/FM.
The first half yesterday, this was our average formation:
-----------Richards-----Lescott-------Richardson
-------------------Gana----------------------------
------------------Bacuna--------------------------
Hutton--------------------------------------------
---------Ayew--Gestede--Grealish--Agbonlahor
The guy just has no clue tactically, and it´s obvious we have no idea of what to do going forward.

I wasn´t expecting miracles this season but 1 point out of 27 just isn´t good enough.

He obviously has a lot of mates in the media who have been sticking up for him recently, everyone who has been saying he should´ve stayed has been trotting out the same defence he´s been getting in the media. I´d argue none saying he should stay have actually seen us this season, otherwise it´d be obvious.
Quote

He´s lost 15 out of 23 games league games for us.
That is an appalling record. Regardless of whether he seems like a decent bloke who has a laugh with the media and makes good viewing, he´s a crap manager.

I wouldn´t believe that bullshit that Timmy´s mates have been trotting out, start of the season he was shouting about how these were his players and you´ll see a Tim Sherwood team, soon as things go sour, he´s been throwing everyone else under the bus. The best part of all this transfer bullshit, the best players we signed in the summer were arguably the players not signed by Sherwood.

He´s left me with some great memories... last minute Benteke pen vs West Brom, Semi against Liverpool, playing brilliantly vs Spurs, great wins vs Everton/West Ham.
This season though, and i think others have said similar stuff... it got to the point where i stopped being angry at bad results and just stopped enjoying football. I didn´t even enjoy watching other teams play, bar Ireland beating Germany I felt like this whole season has been a pointless heap of shit.

I bet he gets another Premier League job in the near future.
At no point in his entire managerial career has he resembled anything other than a man going through a mental collapse. He sounds in press conferences like a 15 year old trying to convince his friends that he does have a girlfriend but she goes to a different school.
He´s about as bad as it gets in every regard. And don´t give me that ´passion´ nonsense. The one manager I can think of who he is worse than is Stuart Pearce, and the same ´passion´ rubbish was argued as a trait for him as well.
My condolences for the next team to panic and senselessly decide that only this useless buffoon with a CV reading like a game you´d delete on FM can get them out of trouble.
"I can't say anything," admitted Henry. "They are right." That old Ferguson team-talk - "Lads, it's Tottenham" - now needs an update. Lads, it's Arsenal. Keep putting pressure on and keep asking questions and eventually the capitulation will come"

Great job, Tim!
Hva kan jeg hjælpe med hr. Andresen??

Bestemt nye tider under Poch :-)

I met up with my friend, an Arsenal scout, last week.

We talked through players and clubs and he noted that Chelsea’s problems are all being caused by in-house feuding among the players, who are all pointing fingers at one another.

The worst, he told me, is Cesc Fabregas.

I pointed out that Tottenham Hotspur’s summer recruit, Son Heung-min, is one of the most impressive players I’ve seen at White Hart Lane since Gareth Bale.

Immediately, the scout took his phone out of his pocket and showed me a scouting report from last season. This is how it read …

* Scares the life out of defences. Feet are scarily quick, can turn in any direction.

* Keeps his shape, good discipline, counters quickly, carries the ball a long way up the pitch, aware of team-mates in better positions.

* Scores goals from great positions in the box that others don’t take up (Ljungberg). Hard to pick up and track.

* Fit, doesn’t stop working.

* Different to anything that we have in the building.

* CAN PLAY FOR US ALL DAY LONG!!

That was one of several reports he showed me that got better and better.

Arsenal watched Son almost 30 times last season, with all the scouts in agreement that the player would be a fantastic addition.

So what happened?

“It’s Arsene [Wenger],” the scout said. “He’s so indecisive it’s frightening. We had [Morgan] Schneiderlin done and dusted last January and, by the summer, the gaffer had changed his mind. Son was 100 per cent perfect for us.”

As somebody who can spot a player in a Category 5 hurricane, I’m telling you that Arsenal should have signed Son.

1961: Spurs-Gornik; a group of Spurs fans dressed up as angels and began singing Glory Glory Hallalujah. less than an hour later the words had already morphed from "Glory Glory Hallelujah" to "Glory Glory Tottenham Hotspur"
@Scharw
