A small update on the financial/political situation of Valencia CF. For those who want Valencia to be sold to an investor, things are looking VERY good. As expected, Bankia prefers an investor over a reinvestment-plan from the new Fundacion. Apparently, Fernando Gomez had a meeting with Bankia and they are behind his plan (some of you may remember the nickname Gori Gori from Bankia, he had a meeting with Gomez). More and more counsellers of the Generalitat are behind Sempre Valencia as well. This only proves the solvency of their investor and the willingness of the Generalitat/Bankia to sell.
Meanwhile, Plaza Deportiva is reporting that Alfonso Rus is also a possibility to become president. He reportedly has a Georgian investor.
Going to be a very interesting day/week.
