When Roman Abramovich was sanctioned the PL said he had to sell club because of its rules. Joe Lewis, should he be convicted of the insider trading charges he’s been accused of today, would face similar situation with Spurs. PL rules say convictions are a disqualification.

Det vil vel i så fald skulle gå ud på at Lewis ses som ejer af klubben.
Klubben har allerede meldt ud at det intet har med klubben at gøre.
Pt. er det ENIC der har største ejerandel i Spurs. ENIC er ejet af en fond der har noget af Lewis familie i bestyrelsen.
Lewis overrakte sidste år ansvar, drift og ejerskab som sådan, til to andre.

Jeg hælder til at det intet at betydning får, men lad os nu se.
Jeg vil dog finde det komisk hvis Lewis ikke er "egnet" som ejer, hvis han har lavet insiderhandel, men samtidig har man givet grønt lys til Newcastles ejere.
Ja kan læse mig frem til, at det er en fond på Bahamas der er hovedaktionær i Spurs, så ja det får næppe ingen indflydelse.

Nu ser jeg gudhjælpemig, at klubben prøver at tage afstand fra Joe Lewis, som om at han ikke er ejer. WTF! Nå ja, men.. Går den, så går den 😀
