Friske og tørre, men generelt mere bløde end sprøde. Særligt schweiziske udgaver dyrker den silkebløde tekstur, mens tyske og franske vine har mere fremtrædende syre. Hvis du kan forestille dig en blanding af let mineralsk Muscadet (ikke Muscat!) og syresvage honning-florale Rhone-sorter som Viognier og Marsanne, så rammer det vist meget godt den schweiziske stil... Prøv evt. noget Louis Bovard. F.eks. http://www.derweinweber.de/820112/ Et godt sted at starte. Og billig fragt. Som germansk kontrast hertil Ziereisens Gutedel Steingrüble (http://www.vinexus.de/m/…l-2011.html).

I.B. Ok ja jeg har lige drukket noget dejligt Muscadet sevre et Maine druen er 100% melon de bourgogne jeg elsker os de hvide rhone vine især hvid CDP og ellers hvid fra det nordlige Rhone så mon ik jeg ville brydes godt om Chasselas fra Schweiz?

hvilken vin ville i anbefale? Er selv ude i enten en Gevrey eller en go Barbaresco.
