"En af mine venner er frygteligt glad for tør gewürtz- og/eller traminer (kan aldrig huske hvad definitionen er) - men jeg kan næsten ikke få vejret."

Grøn savagnin/traminer (som vi bl.a. kender fra Jura) muterede på et tidspunkt til en rødlig udgave (savagnin rose), som så igen muterede til den ekstra aromatiske gewürztraminer. Men i nogle lande bruges disse navne synonymt - deraf en del forvirring!

Har lige smagt den med Coravin. Den er faktisk lidt hen ad moderne rioja i munden. Dvs. ren, mørk og blommet frugt (med strjf af viol) samt markant (højkvalitets-) træ. Smager sgu meget godt, men ja, moderne.

Lavede risotto med blomkål og sandart igår... smagte fint og en hvid Bourgogne virkede oplagt. En 2012 Louis Jadot Meursault Village var dog præcis så røvsyg og uden nerve som forventet, naboen fik den med hjem.

2011 Yarra Yering Chardonnay var til gengæld snorlige... mere tropisk i frugten, men også langt renere, friskere og strammere syre.

Røg på en Macon-chardonnay igår. Les heritiers du comte Lafon - Clos de la Crochette 2009 og der var en dejlig fedme og lang salt eftersmag. Rigtig meget vin til prisen

Så er det Cathiard dag idag Seifert.
