Med al respekt så virker "liflig" mere besynderligt end "14-16 grader" i relation til en 14,5% tung californisk chardonnay, som har gæret på fad, været gennem malokatisk gæring og endeligt har fået 9 mdr på 38% ny eg. That said, så ville 12-14 grader nok være et mere typisk serveringsforslag for vintypen.

2013 Jacob´s Creek Chardonnay Classic (12,7%)
Faktisk en fin, ærlig og ren chardonnay. Dejlig til en mad m. koldrøget laks og rejer.

2009 Fontanafredda Barolo
Masser af saddelsved, men også lidt nebbiolotypicitet. Ikke noget fantastisk glas, men et lummerhyggeligt match til en blodig, tyndtskåret culotte.

I.B det var netop derfor jeg skrev liflig og IKKE typisk chardonnay. Den var livlig og forholdsvis slank i udtrykket. Måske fordi jeg serverede den for kold. Var et super match til laks og hjemmelavet hollandaise
Christian Eriksen siger selv, at han var død i fem minutter, og at det er paradoksalt, at han får blomster, bare fordi han er i live.

Jeg forstår, at vinen var friskere end forventet, Pink. Men liflig ligefrem? Ja, det er nok bare mig...

Har haft den før med Seifert. Men måske udtrykket lyder forkert i vin-lingo?

Vin til Beef Wellington? Det er vel klassisk rødt køds- og svampe-vin man skal gå efter og så undgå de strammeste tanninbidende udgaver (nebbiolo etc) når man tænker på den fede salte indpakning kødet får? Fyldigere pinot? Fransk eller spansk grenache? En frugtig franc hvis man kan finde den rette? Oversøisk behersket et eller andet? Tilbehøret tænker jeg at tilpasse vinen.

"forfriskende, læskende, yndig" er vel ikke tillægsord, der umiddelbart giver associationer i retningen af fadlagret californisk chardonnay på 14,5% alkohol (hvor relativ slank den så end måtte være)?
