2015 er startet interessant for chasselas. Sidst i næste måned udkommer Wine Advocate med bl.a. "Swiss Chasselas", og her er hvad Jancis Robinson lige har skrevet om en moden Dézaley:
"Luc Massy, Chemin de Fer 1984 Dézaley
Gothic label. This ´railway´ wine from Epesses is too old to have its alcoholic strength on the label. (At this stage the domaine´s wines were labelled J-F & Luc Massy.) Pale amber, though crystal clear, makes me wonder whether the bottle is in good condition. But actually it´s really interesting! Has a layer of fully mature lime and honey flavours and some confident persistence. Bone dry and with quite enough acidity. If I were told this were a white burgundy from the early 20th century, I´d be absolutely thrilled! A hint of marzipan. Really a very exciting wine with satin texture, hints of lime marmalade and wonderful harmony. I´m impressed.

Just think of the trees: they let the birds perch and fly, with no intention to call them when they come and no longing for their return when they fly away. If people's hearts can be like the trees, they will not be off the Way
