Glemmer aldrig en fantastisk 1928 Cos d´estournel jeg åbnede for et par år siden. I 10 minutter var den bare over det hele... så begik den fuldstændig harakiri

Den blev forsigtigt hældt på karaffel, da der jo var voldsomt bundfald og serveret straks.

Har været til en Bordeaux smagning engang hvor de gamle +40-45 år gamle vine havde været på karaffel i 3-4 timer. Helt hjernedødt.

Værten vi skal være hos kan ikke fordrage chasselas.

P.s. Jeg smagte en masse stor vin her til frokost, det virker til at være en god vindag, så drik løs!
