Selosse Rosé er jo en vin i sin helt egen kategori.

Skal madmæssigt nærmest matches som en stor rød Bourgogne.

Skal man virkelig smage/forstå en champagne, så skal man max være 4 personer om en flaske, så man får to gode glas.

Imorgen er vi 5 mand høj, men det er også bare sofistikeret druk!

Ja, meget!

Jeg har en weekend fra helvede, men lidt vin kan da nås her i eftermiddag, og det bliver en appellation i Bourgogne, jeg ikke har prøvet før:

Vincent Prunier, Monthélie, 1er Cru sur la velle 2010

Elsker samspillet mellem den lyse, feminine frugt, og så den lidt sort pebrede og krydrede næse.

155 EP vin.

Har en hvid Vincent Prunier liggende, som jeg er lidt spændt på (2012 St. Aubin En Remilly). Prunier er vist en helt ok producent, men har visse steder fået kritik for at vinene er for markante i syre.

Så Monthelie´en er et re-buy?

Jeg drikker nedenstående (50% chardonnay + 50% trad. cava-sorter). Ganske rigtig renere, mere subtil og mindre funky end Cava´er er flest. Masser af granny smith og frisk citron samt strejf af gær, stikkelsbær, fersken og honning. LIDT funky jord og gamle blomster kommer vi ikke uden om. Alt i alt ganske fornøjelig til prisen (stordriftsfordele inkluderer af og til forbrugeren!), men uden markant personlighed.

Ja, det tror jeg faktisk. 155 er selvfølgelig penge, men hvis man vil have fransk Pinot, er det ikke urimeligt, synes jeg.

Laver en bøf med masser af peber og knoldselleri bagt i hvidløg og andefedt til. Prøver Coursodon, St Joseph, Silice 2009 til med henblik på evt. at supplere min bestilling af 2004, som jo smager helt sygt godt.

Har bestilt 12 flasker - de står ikke på hjemmesiden, men hun har vist noget tilbage til 170 flasken (altså af 2004)

I følge CT er den færdig - det er bare ikke tilfældet, men jeg ville nok drikke kassen snarest muligt.

Evt. til kampen mod Serbien i juni.
