Jun 2014, Neal Martin (92/100, Drink: 2016 - 2026, $51-$90)
The pick of Jean-Louis Chavy’s wines is the 2012 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatieres. It has a very tight and controlled nose but give it a few swirls et voila! There are wonderful granitic, fume scents that begin to emerge with a shard of orange rind. The palate is fresh and vibrant, well-balanced and tense with a peacock’s tail of citrus lemon and lime on the composed finish. Very fine."
"2012 Jean-Louis Chavy Puligny Montrachet Village
A Chardonnay Dry White Table wine from
France, Puligny Montrachet, Cote de Beaune, Burgundy, France
eRobertParker.com #213
Jun 2014, Neal Martin (89/100, Drink: 2014 - 2017,$57-$71)
The 2012 Puligny-Montrachet Village has a fragrant, citrus-driven nose with touches of flint emerging with aeration. The palate has a vibrant, zesty entry with a silver bead of acidity that renders it almost, but not quite, shrill. There is good weight and persistency on this respectable village cru."

Just think of the trees: they let the birds perch and fly, with no intention to call them when they come and no longing for their return when they fly away. If people's hearts can be like the trees, they will not be off the Way
