høj (citron/grape) syre og en lille smule vanille bundet sammen af fornemmelse af honningsødme (AOPreglerne siger max 3 g/l for Sec). Slutter tørt.Relativ god længde. I like it...

Mere petit manseng. Denne gang en sød, fremstillet efter passerillage-/cut cane-metoden, hvor vinranken skæres over, så druerne - frarøvet tilførsel af vand og næringsstoffer - gradvist dehydreres/koncentreres på espalieret. Vinen er halvsød til sød, men der er masser af frisk p manseng-syre. Tørret abrikos, appelsinmarmelade og kvædekompot, masser af syreliv - og kompleksitet fra fad (sweet spice krydderier, karamel og strejf af ristede kaffebønner). Yummy!!

Har terpet chablis og generisk bourgogne hele dagen, så her til aften er der meget passende hhv Bourgogne Blanc og Bourgogne Rouge i glassene.
2012 Joseph Drouhin Bourgogne Chardonnay "Laforet"
2012 Pierre Amiot Bourgogne Rouge
Der er god typicitet over begge vine. Den hvide er mellemfyldig med lidt pære, citron samt strejf af ananas. Men med cremede malolaktisk blødhed, og ultradiskrete vanilla strejf fra nyere fade. Jovist er der mere intense sager at få til 100kr, men en fin og harmonisk lille hverdagsbourgogne har også ret!
Den røde fra Amiot er ca. på niveau. Fadkompleksitet og dybde er der ikke meget af, men frugten er fint defineret og sødmefuld nok til at balancere den friske syre. Bestemt en behagelig saft!

Den Drouhin har jeg smagt, og ih - der er sgu meget andet til 100kr, jeg hellere vil smage. Men det skriver du jo egentlig også.
