Mellot er OVERALT i Sancerre og tøver ikke med at skilte sin storhed på alle de marker, han har noget at gøre med.

Det sagt, har stort set alt, jeg har smagt været glimrende.

Drak bl.a. en helt fantastisk hvid Bourgogne i går.

2012 Moulin Aux Moines Pernand-Vergelesses Les Combottes
Mindende meget om stor Corton-Charlemagne og derfor lidt af et røverkøb til under 300 kr. så vidt jeg husker! Den havde fedme, men uden at misten nerven og rankheden. Desværre kunne naboen også godt lide den, så havde den ikke for mig selv!

Drak desuden "Hundested" til hvide aspages med hj.lavet hollandaise. Det gik fint
Christian Eriksen siger selv, at han var død i fem minutter, og at det er paradoksalt, at han får blomster, bare fordi han er i live.
