Misforståelse. Jeg troede, du mente den oloroso fra SMV, som jeg anbefalede Maude!

Prøv den f.eks. med noget tun i middelhavsstil med grønne oliven, tomater, olivenolie og måske lidt mandler? Eller f.eks. denne....

Equipo Navazos er fantastisk sherry, men hypen omkring dem er lidt hysterisk.

Det er jo "bare" nogle udvalgte fade fra andre producenter. Folk der før ikke kunne lide sherry, de kan nu lige pludselig godt lide det selvom det er samme vin som fra flere andre producenter.


Som Løgis skriver:
"og i dag er mange af dem blevet samlerobjekter på linje med f.eks. de allerstørste vine fra Montrachet og Domaine Romanée Conti."

Hold kæft noget lort at lukke ud :-)

God fornøjelse med Priorat! (Tag Bovard med og gi´ en omgang, når I har fået riiigeligt med alkoholtung rødvin).

Havde en rest i køleskabet af omtalte sherry. Farven er nu mørknet til grænseområdet mellem gylden og rav, men vinen holder stadig et tårnhøjt niveau. Det er sådan en vin, der er dyb og kompleks, men samtidig svævende let og pikant. Den giver voldsom appetit på alt hvad der er godt for ganen, men er samtidig tilfredsstillende, ja ligefrem lykkebringende, i sig selv. Et lille mirakel på flaske.

Jeg dog give Seifert ret så langt, at der måske nok er bedre køb at gøre i Jerez.
Har selv gode erfaringer med V.O.R.S.-serien fra Gonzalez-Byass.

Til prisen fin hvid Bordeaux med lime, "grassiness" og begyndende tertiær, voksagtig kompleksitet.

Aftenens suhsi-vin. Typisk ren Alsace-stil med hvide blomster og honningmelon samt lidt røg og sweet spice. Rank syre.

"Flot gylden i glasset. Tørret kamilleblomst, kvæde, honning, ananas og mineralitet i næsen. Transparent, silkeblød og syresvag i munden, men med en unik combo af æterisk lethed og kompleks fransk nougat i finalen. Bedst som meditationsglas, serveret ved eller lige under stuetemperatur."
