Bovard. Der er ikke så meget hjemme, men det plejer at holde 100%. Chenin´en er dog ikke så tør og syrestreng som f.eks. halvtør Vouvray.

Aftenens blindtests blev lidt uformelle, idet jeg stod midt i madlavning og stegeos og smagte.

Rødvinen fik jeg placeret korrekt i USA og Washington State (kombination af kølighed og ekstrem saftighed - med lidt ikke helt velintegreret/overbevisende træ), men mine overvejelser mellem merlot og syrah viste sig irrelevante. USAs svar på blød, easy-drinking, fadlagret Rondo. Ok til prisen, men også lidt ligegyldig. https://www.vinexus.de/Columbia-Crest-H3-Horse-Heaven-Hills-Cabernet-Sauvignon-2012.html

Hvidvinen var aromatisk. Gewürztraminer og Viognier var det ikke, så det blev lidt 50-50 mellem tør Muscat (Alsace Lieu-dit) og Torrontés fra Argentina. Jeg gik med førstnævnte, hvilket var ukorrekt. https://www.vinexus.de/Colome-Torrontes-2015.html
Lidt mere flad i syren, end jeg havde forestillet mig af en vin fra druer høstet ca 2000 meter over havoverfladen. Ellers fin nok. Torrontés er i øvrigt en krydsning mellem Muscat d´Alexandria og Mission (Criolla/Païs). Mission skulle i øvrigt (uofficielt) være DNA-identisk med Tenerifes Listan Negra.
