Har åbnet en flaske Volnay Fremiet 2003. Vellavet vin, men her den første time er den lidt kedelig, meget lukket.

Det bliver fokus på de hvide.

En Hard Chardonnay som du nævner, hvad skal en restaurant ret beset bruge den til ? Den er jo for dyr til vinmenu på 95 % af restauranterne i DK

En Volnay 2003 der er lukket ? Aldrig haft en Bourgogne 2003 der var lukket og en "lille" Volnay burde være fuldt moden

Point taken, Seifert. Men I sælger vel også til andre end restauranter? Og der er vel dyrere chardonnay´er at finde på jeres hjemmeside?

Ja, men det generelt set fra mere klassiske chardonnay områder.

Meget få mennesker der sætter sig på en restaurant og tænker "Jeg vil sgu bruge 700 kr. på en chardonnay fra Baden"

Hans gutedel og spätburgunder er skabt til vinmenuer på de bedre restauranter.

Jo jo, men den slags vin henvender sig stadig til et ekstremt snævert publikum.
