Mht grillet ibericosvin + asparges tænker jeg relativt ungdommelig hvid bordeaux af en vis kvalitet. Pessac-Leognan eller Graves Blanc. Evt Clos Floridene Graves (200kr i Kvickly)

Nok endnu bedre!

Har ikke haft de bedste oplevelser generelt med rød Bourgogne 2011, men det her:

Måske lidt sødme fra (en del) fad? Kunne man tænke sig, at det er løsningen på den lidt problematiske røde årgang?

Eller også skal man i jævne årgange bare lidt højere op i mark- og producentkvalitet. Og pris...

Det er garanteret rigtigt.

Jeg har kun ganske lidt at sammenligne med, da jeg blev noget afskrækket af Bertheau´s forskellige Chamboller, og derfor kun har købt/smagt ganske lidt 11 af rød Bourgogne, sådan helt generelt.

Og det har haft svært ved at ramme min smag ift 09 og 10. Men det her? Det er altså virkelig godt.
