2014 Miras Semillon Joven (Patagonien, Argentina)

Frisk pære, mentholbolsje, lanolin, honning, fennikel og autolytisk toast - interessant vin! Alkoholen er i teorien lidt til den varme side (14,5%), men sin fylde og en lille varme i eftersmagen til trods formår vinen på forunderlig vis at forblive frisk og særdeles appetitlig over tid. Tør, medium+ syre, medium+ finish. Muscadet på steroider, figuratively speaking.

Anbefalet! (Edit: i løbet af tredje glas gik jeg alligevel lidt død i vinen!)

Er den efterhånden ikke til at opdrive?

Vi napper en salat med gedeost i aften - det er længe siden. Min kone er hjemvendt fra Superbrugsen med en flaske 2014 Peter Yealands Sauvignon Blanc Rosé(!)
Angiveligt er vinen tonet med lidt Merlot fra Hawkes Bay...

Ikke de store overraskelser i smagen (SB-typicitet + strejf af røde bær), men kvaliteten er såmænd helt ok.

Jeg drikker spansk orange naturvin til finalen iaften, har ikke stor erfaring med den type vine og er faktisk ikke helt sikker på om der er fejl på flasken den så ud til at have haft en lille utæthed ved åbning.

2009 Chateau Haut-Bergey Pessac-Leognan

En vin jeg har smagt nogle gange. Måske lidt varm og moderne i stil, men med masser af bordeaux-typictet (især: cigarkasse og pencil-shavings) i behold. God tanninstruktur, intensitet og smagslængde.

Ikke nogen klassevin, men til prisen leverer den overraskende meget coonawarra-karakter. God all-rounder, der ikke bliver ringere af at blive serveret halvkølig (15-16 grader). Købt i Føtex.
