Fladt lige over en ret enkel opskrift, som jeg kunne have lyst at lave i aften. Men hvilke supermarkeder sælger mon burrata?

Jeg lavede retten med bøffelmozarella i stedet. Ferskenbåde i svøb tilberedt på grillpande. Herlig, velsmagende og nem(!) sommerforret. Vinmæssigt kunne en tør 2014 Muscat Caroline fra Paul Ginglinger kun næsten matche ferskensødmen, så man skal nok op i noget halvtørt - f.eks. en Müller-Thurgau. Må jeg foreslå Black Tower?

Jeg ville næsten foreslå den vin, jeg har i glasset nu:

Købt i netop den forretning i Saumur. Et meget flot ægteskab mellem chenin, cabernet s og chardonnay, som ydermere giver chenin´ens æblekarakteristik ikke bare nedfaldsfrugtfylde, men nærmest en pære/tropisk-eldorado-frugt fra sig, selvfølgelig holdt i europæisk, kort snor.

Igen et af Loires lidt oversete vidundere.
