Nej, jeg ventede lidt længe på en sending, men nu er de i hus og jeg sender i morgen.

Disco, den gamle visdom (fra denne tråd) var at under sengen så var bedste bud. Der er mørkt, og det er formentlig det mest temperaturstabile sted.

Jeg har et spørgsmål.

Spørgsmålet går på forskellen mellem de forskellige metoder man bruger mht. til tørrede druer. Der findes både appasimento, governo, ripasso osv. Jeg er klar over at geografien spiller ind, men er der en håndgribelig forskel på de forskellige metoder? Anyone?

Appassimento refererer til tørringsprocessen.

Passito er en vinstil (tør eller sød), hvor vinen er fremstillet på appassimento-druer.

Ripasso er ung tør vin, som re-gæres på drueresterne fra amaroneproduktion.

Governo er ung tør vin, som re-gæres med druesaft fra tørrede druer.
