Du kan prøve en rødvin med syre og lidt sødme (tomaterne i Osso buco) og lidt fad (safran). Due Palme Primitivo har jeg ikke smagt, men den har både fad og sødme, så den vil sikkert være fin. En fadlagret barbera kunne også være interessant.

Chardonnay vil være fin til forretten.

Jeg tror også jeg holder på Chardonnay´en. Du skulle tilfældigvis ikke kende et sted hvor de sælger en god Barbera til en overkommelig pris?

En ordentlig fadlagret barbera koster min. 100kr. Prøv evt. 2006 Marchesi di Barolo Barbera d´Alba, Ruvei til 109,- hos HJ Hanse n. Hvis du vil ofre 169,-, så prøv samme producents 2007 Barbera d´Alba Paiagal.

Den ser bestemt ud til at passe ret så godt til min Osso Buco. Jeg takker mange gange for rådet!

Budgettet er ret stramt da ski-rejsen sætter en stopper. Denne middag var bare tiltænkt som en overraskelse, så det skal ikke være det store. Når maden er købt ind, for vi at se hvilken en valget falder på. Endnu engang tak fordi du gad at komme op med forslag.

Poliziano ? Der kan jo få deres Asinone for samme pris.

Asinone smager fantastisk når den runder 10 år. Har f.eks lidt 97´er liggende, det er Italien på flaske!!

Asinone kan jeg få til 230,- Mandrone di Lohsa giver jeg 155,- for.

Skovgaard har Asinone til under 200 kr. Men det er forbandet vigtigt at man giver den tid.

Lige nu har jeg Gesellmann Chardonnay 2006 i glasset. Dejlig stringent og sprød Chardonnay uden for meget fad og og med god syre. Bællevin!

vinography har jeg også stiftet bekendtskab med nogle gange - de har mange bedømmelser af seriøse vine. Kender du Dr. Vino´s Wine Blog? Bestemt også interessant at gå på opdagelse i.
