Razz, vi taler forbi hinanden.

Vin er altid dyrt at købe på selve vingården, især i Italien.

Hvad angår vin i Supermarkederne, så har jeg snakket med en af indkøberne i Dansk Supermarked og ALT vin bliver solgt på kampagne. Men det er jo også de samme vine der er på tilbud hele tiden.

Fra uge 13 kan man købe Laudrup vin i Føtex :-) "Yering by Laudrup", en Chardonnay og en Shiraz/Viognier som jeg faktisk godt tør anbefale. Shiraz/Viognier er klassisk skåret til det danske marked. Høj alkohol, massiv og let sødlig frugt og en Chardonnay som faktisk er ganske sprød og befriet for træspåner...

God fornøjelse med den omfattende smagning i aften, Seifert. Det ser lovende ud...

Jeg har fået noget portvin i gave. Udover at jeg godt kan lide portvin, så ved jeg ikke meget om det.

Er der nogen der kan vurdere om det er skidt eller kanel?

God kvalitet uden at være helt oppe at ringe - vil jeg tro :-)

Fik smagt en af dine Laudrup-vine i weekenden, Seifert:
2006 Giné Giné, Priorat gik fint til en omgang confit de canard med kartoffelbåde stegt i andefedt (med hvidløg, friskhakket persille, citron). En forholdsvis kølig og frugtig udgave af Priorat - næsten som en Beaujolais på steorider.

Er I kommet til hægterne efter mastodont-smagningen?

Uden at flippe over til madtråden - kan man egentlig genbruge fedtet til en anden gang?

Sidder og hygger med et glas 2005 Pinalta, Douro. Smager som det der: en mindre sprittet, knastør portvin. Slet ikke dårligt.

Ja, i alt fald lige filtrere det. Ved ikke om det er nødvedigt at varme det igennem før brug?
