Her er et par anmeldelser af den anden vin, jeg har fidus til. Som du kan se på alkohol % er det ( i alt fald for 07´s vedkommende) ikke voldsom Barossa:

An elite wine at a sensible price and, like most such bargains, the only issue will be availability.
This has the power, structure and length to age like a charm. It’s full of saturated flavour, its dense notes of plum, cedarwood, coffee and blackberry supported by the most inky, glass-staining colour. Even better: for all this flavour and impact the alcohol is at a reasonable level. The Thorn-Clarke team has excelled itself here.

Thorn-Clarke Shotfire Shiraz 2008

The 2007 Shotfire Shiraz was excellent and so too is this 2008. Was in the mood for a big, warm Barossan shiraz and this showed the way.
It’s got the grunt and it’s got the flavour. Lots of ripe, muscular tannin and dark, coal-like, blackberried fruit flavour. Almost porty, but not quite. Shows some obvious vanillin oak, but it works hand-in-glove with the overall style of the wine. Smooth through the mid-palate, but grainy through the finish. Barossan to its back (or should that be black) teeth. Really good kit.

Just think of the trees: they let the birds perch and fly, with no intention to call them when they come and no longing for their return when they fly away. If people's hearts can be like the trees, they will not be off the Way
