Hvad betyder "11" egentlig (udover: elleve)?

Ikke noget :-) Bare et udtryk for, at afsederen har været så forhippet på at sætte udråbstegn efter ytringen, at denne efter et par gange har glemt at holde shift nede.

Den var i øvrigt slet ikke så tosset. Den var dog med sine 15% temmelig tung i længden, men passede fint til maden. Kender andre den?

Jeg har - som jeg vidst også har skrevet et par efterhånden - kastet min kærlighed på Bordeaux (eller Bordeaux-inspirerede) vine. Ikke at jeg låst til dem for evig tid (faktisk ikke engang nu), men nu har jeg tømt min lokale vinmand for muligheder (han har 10-12 stykker), så jeg vil bede om lidt inspiration og råd til, hvad jeg bør prøve. Fyr løs!

Jeg har dog kun smagt 2004, som til gengæld står tilbage som en af mine bedste Cabernet-oplevelser til dato. Meget silkeagtig i teksturen.
