15% er voldsomt. Men sådan er 2003 i Loire. Du må få din Loire-kammerat til at åbne en Savennieres for dig, så du kan sammenligne med en stilistisk mere typisk udgave. Normalt ligger alkoholprocenten mellem 13 og 14%...

Clos Rougeard (Saumur) ligger på 13 % i 2003.

Man har selvfølgelig mulighed for i en meget varm årgang at høste tidligere end ellers. Og selvfølgelig er der undtagelser med normal alkoholpct...

PS - Clos Rougeard (Saumur) ligger på 12,5% i 2005 ;-)

Clos Rougeard "Le Bourg" er en af vinverdenens bedst bevarede hemmeligheder, det er fuldstændig fantastisk vin.

Smager som en mellemting mellem Bordeaux og Bourgogne. Det er et af årets sikreste "must buy" for mig.

Glæder mig til at prøve den. Har 1. stk alm Saumur og 1 stk Le Bourg (begge 2005) liggende...
