Leder efter nogle specifikke sydafrikanske vine (Fairview Petite Sirah 2008 og Spice Route Chenin Blanc 2009 og Spice Route Malabar 2006) , men kan ikke finde dem i DK. Kan i anbefale en hjemmeside i EU med et godt udvalg?

Også Pinot Noir her til aften:
Mark Haisma Morey St. Denis La Riotte 2009
Med sin belligenhed i hjertet af Morey-Saint Denis, så viser Marks Haismas version af La Riotte 2009 på fineste måde hvordan den ofte lidt oversete kommune på mange måder byder ind med en kombination af det bedste fra naboerne – Gevrey-Chambertin og Chambolle-Musigny. En kombination af Gevreys mørke intense frugt og Chambolles finesse og elegance.
Efter lidt tid i glasset åbner vinen op i en flot aroma med nuancer af bl.a. læder, tobak, lyse røde bær og kalkbrud. På tungen overvældes man af vinens mineralske stil. Frugten er på samme tid intens og elegant kombineret med en frugtsyre der får mundvandet til at løbe.
Dette er Old-school Bourgogne og 3-4 år i en god kælder vil klæde vinen. Drikkes vinen i sin ungdom, så anbefaler jeg den i selskab med f.eks. coq au vin og oeufs en meurette. Sidstnævnte gerne med lidt sprødstegte svampe.

Uden at have smagt Mark Haisma vil jeg erklære mig helt enig i beskrivelsen af Morey-Saint-Denis som en (relativt) undervuderet kommune. Selv om aftenens italienske pinot´er har været ganske udmærkede, så sidder man alligevel tilbage med et savn af bourgognes x-factor.

Ponsot Clos de la Roche 1990 er en af de største Bourgogner jeg har smagt. Vi var heldigvis kun 2 om at dele flasken, for den havde i den grad en tiltrækkende kraft der gjorde at man bare måtte have mere.

En enkeltmarks-Soave af lidt skuffende kvalitet. Tja, man skal jo nok op i minimum 125kr for at finde en god, mineralsk Soave i balance. Købt hos HJ-Hansen for 99,75kr:
