Tak for Nord-Rhone-forslag, IB!

Nr 2 tror jeg, jeg springer på. Er der andet fra RedWhite som bør prøves, når jeg alligevel bestiller?

Cornas skal man vel også smide en del kroner efter ... Smagte Brise Cailloux hos Sune Rosforth forleden, og det er jo helt vildt.

Der er selvfølgelig også det med sulfitterne i dette tilfælde, men det er jo godt nok en øjenåbner at smage noget så specielt.

Forvent ikke St Joseph´en helt på niveau med 2-5 gange så dyr Cornas, Cote Rotie eller Hermitage. Lidt lettere og mindre frugtmoden/intens - men absolut god syrah...

Jean Delobre laver fabelagtig Saint-Joseph, de kan dog været ret svære at finde. Ca. 200 kr

Drikker Baricchi´s Langhe Nebbiolo 2006 til dyrekølle med diverse tilbehør.

Det er virkeligt en fantastisk vin.
