Arcadian kan du roligt prøve - nu kender jeg jo lidt til dine præferencer :-)
I øvrigt er en af Cellartrackers kendinge om muligt endnu vildere med vinen end jeg:
"Tasted by Keith Levenberg on 04-09-2011 & rated 98 points: This was an absolute stunner. Eventually, anyway. The first glass or two didn´t offer much besides fruit, a nice acid spine, and a subtle tinge of cracked pepper - in other words, pretty much exactly what you want out of a syrah but nothing transcendental. The transcendental stuff came maybe two hours after we opened the bottle in the usual tragic way where it becomes a creature of staggering beauty just as it becomes apparent there´s almost none left. At that point the flavor became savory to the nth like the fruit had transmogrified to pork broth, but the really stunning thing was the finesse and silkiness of the tannins. It was practically like a Chambolle Les Amoureuses in its elegance and refinement. Even the pinot noirs from Arcadian have never been this exquisite! And I don´t know what happened that resulted in this selling for $17 but it might be the greatest quality-price ratio I´ve ever come across."
Hvad synes du i øvrigt selv om Jasper Hill (har ikke selv smagt)?
Just think of the trees: they let the birds perch and fly, with no intention to call them when they come and no longing for their return when they fly away. If people's hearts can be like the trees, they will not be off the Way
