Schäfer-Frölich, Dönnhoff og Diel er alle ca. på niveau med Emrich-Schönleber og fra samme region, Nahe. Ellers kan jeg fra Pfalz meget anbefale Koehler-Ruprechts Kallstader Saumagen Riesling (Spätlese Trocken samt Auslese Trocken). Mosel-Saar-Ruwer går vel for at producere særligt mineralske vine, men personligt er jeg mht riesling mest til den tørre og halvfede Pfalz/Alsace/Østrig stil. Ökonomierat Rebholz´ Kastanienbusch Riesling Großes Gewächs skulle også være fantastisk. Leitz (Rheingau) producerer nogle fine tørre, mediumfyldige vine. Elegance og mineralitet.

-Fritz Wabmer, Spätburgunder, frisk og masser af lakrids, ca. 90 kr

-Pfaffl, Grüner veltliner, Hundsleiten 2008. Suveræn til asiatisk mad, også omkring 90 kr.

-Georg Breuer, Riesling, Sauvage, 2007. Frisk og rigtig flot syre og kostede for et års tid siden kun omkring 50 kr - vildt godt køb.

-Ziereisen, Weisser Burgunder (pinot blanc), 2008, tør, fyldig og dejlig frugt.

Nu går du efter Spätburgunder - hvilket jeg i dén grad godt kan forstå - så snyd ikke dig selv for Meyer-Näkels udgave til ca 110 kr. Den er retfærdigvis ganske populær.

Og når du nu er i gang, så prøv Alexander Laible Rose på Spätburgunder. Frækt.
