Fik både Spätburgunder fra Rebholz og Wassmer, så det vil jeg glæde mig til.

2011 Maurice Gay Fendant Les Mazots (Chamoson, Valais, Schweiz)

Pragtfuld chasselas - med forførende, ungdommelig næse af lindeblomst og citrus. I munden let, sart og elegant med subtile indslag af citrus, fersken, lindeblomst, saltet mineralitet og gær. Vinens struktur bærer præg af den malolaktiske gæring (blid syre, cremet konsistens og lette kulsyreprik). Virkelig flot længde. Suveræn, schweizisk chasselas til prisen! Fragt til DK = 11 Euro

Eben Sadie Palladius 2008

Et heftigt blend fra Sydafrika. Duften minder om et mix af stor hvid Bourgogne og hvid Chateauneuf. Nøddeagtigt, overmodne æbler, hvid peber og smeltet smør. Smagen er fed/cremet og stringent på samme tid med en fuldmoden gul frugt og let bitre mandler i eftersmagen. Utvivlsomt nørdet vin der ikke vinder alles hjerter, men utvivlsomt stort i min verden. Det bedste er faktisk næsten at den smager utrolig sundt, sikker på jeg har det fint imorgen når jeg vågner med en 1/2 flaske i kroppen..

Jeg kender stilen fra TMVs White. Lækker vin. TMV hedder i dag Fable Wines - og deres chenin-blend har lige scoret 5/5 i Platters guide. Ingen dansk importør pt.

TMVs White er/var nu også ret feteret. Jamie Goode (Wine Anorak) var vild med den - og Jancis Robertson og Hugh Johnson har etiketten med i deres Oxford Companion to Wine. Hvis der er en hvid drue, der kan tage alkohol uden at blive kedelig, er det chenin blanc med sin udødelige syrestruktur.

Sidder med en anden 14,5´er i glasset, nemlig 2005 Santadi Carignano del Sulcis Terre Brune (Sardinien)
Ekstremt saftspændt og dyb (brombær, svesker) med "dyster" engelsk lakrids, læder og lidt bitterchokolade. Frisk syre - og tanninstof at tygge på. Sardisk topvin - og meget bedre bliver carignan nok ikke... Galloni (WA) 94/100
