Det lyder ufarligt. Googlede lige kanin og pinot noir, hvilket bragte mig til en winemakers dinner, hvor man serverede kanin med græskar, kantarel og jordskok. Det lyder heller ikke dumt...

Altesino Bdm 2007 fra i går, noget skuffende samlet set. Havde et sydrhonsk præg i frugten der ikke klædte, tenderende til det kogte. Meget up-front, pleaser-stil, ikke meget med klassisk brunello at gøre. Pænt ufarlig. Glad for jeg ikke selv købte den, selvom den er billig ved 12 fl hos Philipson. 92p er vanvid.

Forestiller mig lidt græskarpuré som leje for kanin (måske lige vædet med en stribe persilleolie) og så garneret med stegte kantareller og lidt jordskokke-råkost. Mums!

Lækkert!

Sidder med en kollega som skal finde hvidvin til følgende ret:

Blomkålssuppe med blomkålschips, salte mandler, ristet rugbrød, ærteskud og citronsaft.

Det skal vel både være noget med sødme og syre?

Jeg tænker umiddelbart Sauvignon Blanc - måske i en lettere "fadtunet" udgave (for at matche det ristede og nøddeagtige). Chablis Premier Cru eller riesling spätlese tror jeg også kunne fungere fint. Den frække: iskold Manzanilla eller Fino Sherry! Helst én med under et halvt år på flaske..

2009 Colterenzio Sauvignon Blanc Lafoa (Alto Adige, Italien)

50/50 ståltank og fransk eg. 14% alkohol. 91/100 Antonio Galloni, WA.
Hyldeblomst og frisk æblesyre med moden ferskenfedme og fornemt balanceret, smøragtigt fadkrydderi. Lækker vin.
