Ny producent i folden hos Switzerland Wine er Domaine d´Auvernier fra Neuchatel. Grosjean-familien var på visit med 3 flasker vin hos Gary V...

Husets fadlagrede chardonnay er i øvrigt optaget i den prestigefyldte orden "Memoire Des Vins Suisses" - og ligner et godt køb til 18 Euro.

Umiddelbart tænker jeg også Chambolle først. Evt. kan man åbne flaskerne lidt i forvejen - og lige smage sig frem til en oplagt rækkefølge.

Ja, smag dig frem. Men skulle overraske meget om ikke Chambolle skal bælles først. Haisma har det i øvrigt bedst med mad og du skal ikke være bange for at give den lidt luft.

I øvrigt fin opvarmning til i morgen.
