Blot en lille erkendtlighed for din hjælp med SMV. Og det er IKKE vin ...

Slår forresten et smut omkring Auvergne på ruten. Jeg fik jo aldrig smagt den ´lokale´ vin på ChantAirelle i Paris (med den fede kat), så nu må det være.

Har du tilfældigvis nogle anbefalinger i ærmet, mad- eller vinmæssigt?

Cote Roannaise er en fin gamay-appellation. Har drukket mange fra producenten Desomieres. Sikkert ikke den ypperste producent, men gode, ærlige vine til latterlige priser...

Skal have noget halvspecielt med til blindsmagning i morgen, torsdag.

Kunne være sjovt, men den skal have et par timer på karafel først. Der sker vel intet ved at give den luft for så at hælde den på flaske igen, hvor den så skal vente et par timer?
