Prøv en Carbonnieux - gerne med lidt alder. Generelt al hvid Pessac-Leognan, son er klassificeret Graves Grand Cru Classé...

Fedme er vel ikke det mest markante udtryk i de vine ?

Hvid Lagrange har altid været et godt køb.

Fedme tænker jeg som i fad?

Forestiller mig bare, at semillon og lidt eg kunne være et fint alternativ til oversøisk chardonnay til hummeren.

Det tror jeg, du har ret i. Jo større procentdel Semillon, desto mere fedme. Alder runder også vinen - og giver dybde i smagen. Hvid Graves/ Pessac KAN fungere som alternativ til hvid bourgogne, men en vigtig forskel er, at bourgognevinene har det laktiske element (cremet/smørret blødhed) fra den malolaktiske gæring.

Sikkert afhængigt af årgangen, men Pomerol har rigtigt nok ofte en større procentdel merlot end naboen St.-Emilion.
