Jeg ville starte med Schulen til 22 Euro. Han laver et par endnu dyerere cuvéer, Rhini og Jaspis, men Schulen er value-for-money.

Har en zind Humbrecht rotenberg Pinot gris 2007. Kan jeg drikke den til asparges og pocheret æg? Eller det for sødt og kraftigt? Hvis ikke hvad skal jeg så drikke den til?

For kraftig, vil jeg bestemt tro. Prøv en enkeltmarks-Silvaner (Kabinett) fra Franken f.eks.
