(Søren Franks "Vinen til maden" peger på hhv. Tokay Pinot Gris, Viognier eller Chardonay til kammuslinger og Tokay Pinot Gris eller oversøisk Chardonnay til græskær.)

Chardonnay fra Jura. Så har du både lidt fedme og syre.

Evt. kunne en Saint-Aubin 2007 også gøre det.

Har ikke selv fundet på maden i aften endnu, men vinen bliver Marc Angeli "La Lune" 2007

Hvidvinen endte på en Beringer, Napa, 2006. Det må gå som det går.

Til kaninen pønser jeg på en Chocapalha, reserva, 2005

Nogen der har nogle forslag til hvordan man kan "spice" en kyllinge ret lidt op og stadig holde den sund, og ikke for tidskrævende at lave??
